Da F*** does "Avolent Services not available." mean?

I was logging in to check my Optus mobile phone usage and I saw that message in red.

A quick google search pulls up companies called Avolent, but nothing that could be related to Optus..? Are they just inventing words for their services that may or may not exist now?

well they are a computer software business maybe optus contracts them to provide software for them?
