Harry Potter & The Goblet Of Fire:
Best yet, though not quidditch whatsoever! WORLD CUP, ffs! Still great fun.
4/5
XXX2: The Next Level:
The first was good because it was unashamedly an action movie, with massive explody stunts (how cool was that motorbike sequence over the exploding building!!!!). This one removed Vin Diesel, cut down on the explosions, and tried to be more serious. El crappo.

Hahaha, good one WRIGHT. I am highly offended by a sh*tty clichéd word.
I'm all for my

opinion being insulted, but please...if you are going to do it make sure you don't use words that fall under the "retarded schoolyard retort only ever said by fools who don't have enough brainpower to come up with anything better" category of insults.

American History X
Great storyline. Loved the black & white imagery to tell the past and colour to show present day. Edward Norton was awesome as Derek, the scene where he covered his swastika with his hand is so powerful. It is pretty violent but it helps the storyline.

Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the witch and the Wardrobe. 98%. Top 10 mention for me.
Not a bad movie. Quite good. It's mainly a fantasy for kids, but they make adults enjoy it too. And each character really comes out well. Though Aslan as real as he was, he was just a bit boring. Sean Connery would of been a better pick. It pays respect to the book though. Except for one scene missing, but who needs it. All it is is when Edmund walks off and starts mauttering to himself, about how the White Witch isn't evil and such. The kids are really good too in their own respect. The Professor even for a short role did very well I found.
You saw Zorro nshady. Yeah it was kind of crap. Nowhere near as good as The Mask of Zorro. It didn't need to be that lnog, and the parts that went longer should of been short, and the parts that were short should of been longer. Very predictable though.
Also saw Fun With and Jane
Carrey did very well. TYpical Jim CArrey. However the movie was pretty much average. I don't know if this is ever possible. But I have never seen a more crap actor than Alec Baldwin. Jim CArrey made it enjoyable. BUt in the end this was slightly average. It's a shame... I was looking for a Liar, Liar performance.

Fun With And Jane:
Good, but not great. Great last line - though I think I was the only person in the cinema laughing. And if you check the dates throughout the movie, it's all in the lead up to the Enron collapse
3.5/5
Spiderman 2:
I can't decide if this is better or worse than the first one. Good action, though stopping a nucleur fusion reaction by drowning it is stupid. And he basically tells every fricking person that he's spiderman. On the train, to MJ, to doc ock, to his best friend, to his grandma. Everyone, lol!
3/5
The Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy:
Not as good as the TV series, and which itself still didn't stand up to the book. Nevertheless, it has it's great moments, such as the idea-whipping things on the Vogon home world, and the intro song. The gun is a nice touch too. Great cameo by TV Martin in the Vogon queue too. It's left open for a sequel, which would be cool. It also shows how Discworld could be successfully portrayed on screen.

Natural City (Korean):
A futuristic sci-fi thriller set in the year 2080 in which includes cyborgs, rogue cyborgs, government agent-like individuals called MPs and plenty of action. The story follows a skilled MP named merely 'R' who is infatuated by a Cybornetic female. Cyborgs can only live up to 3 years at a time before they are to be discarded and most of which are bought and traded as employees - something that probably caused much of the major cities to have Ghetto areas, places where people (humans) classified as 'non-citizens' dwell. The story and characters are little bit convoluted and silly at times but the action is top-notch and the CG seems to have a whole new style of its own. 3/5

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Tad disappointed- it was my favourite book but the really tried to cram everything in- cant believe they didnt show the Quidditch World Cup- its where we learn that Krum was heroic and brave- really did make his character less appealing...also, Voldemorts arrival didnt have the impact i wanted- i wanted more...

After people saying this is a great movie I thought Id check it out. Now what a major disappointment. It was nothing but drivel, no real beginning or ending. I feel cheated of my 90 minutes.

This hilarious comedy is director/actor Kevin Smith's finale in a series of movies that includes Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy & Dogma.
Lots of cameos including Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill & Chris Rock.
Some very funny stuff indeed.

Blair Witch Project
3.5/5
Well I'd never seen it before, and I dont think it lived up to the hype Id heard about it. That said it was very well shot, all the 'documentary' stuff worked well. The movie was also helped by the mental breakdowns of the students throughout the movie, and made it seem so much more real.
If I hadn't known it was fake it would have scared me a lot more.

Wedding Crashers- awesome- great chemistry between the 2 leads- though it probably could have been a little tighter with the editing and been 10-15min shorter...made a truckload of money at the US box office- surely that can't churn out a sequel!

Excellent parody of rappers, classic comedy, better then CB4 although both seem to parallel each other

Sahara
Not a bad movie actually, a mixture of action and comedy. Steve Zahn is always funny as the dopey sidekick.
