I havent seen Doom yet so I cant comment, but Im going to watch it tomorrow. I just put the comics up because they were funny

actually I saw it on Coming attractions, and the clips they show in a way pay homage to Doom especially with the FPS mode kind of being brought out. It actually feels/looks like a Doom game. It's doesn't look that bad.

I think the Doom fans will enjoy this movie more than the actual public, therefore the reason for its low scores. I really don't know i'll just wait and see, as a former Doom fan myself, I look forward to this film in a way.

Sounds like the same reality with me.

SPOILER ALERT!


Doom comes with some good points and bad points.

Good points:
FPS Simulation
Credits(The way they rolled them, like it was a Doom Game.)
Fight between Rock and Urban
One of the guards getting eaten whilst on the toilet. Well sort of. (ala Jurassic Park and a taste of Goldeneye)
Rock turning over from good to Bad. Maybe when he returns to Wrestling he could play the heel.
The Deaths ie The Monsters and the way they just swoop the head off.

Bad points:
Some parts took longer than they needed to.
The whole superhuman thing. I don't remember being superhuman, except when I used God Mode.
The waste of the BFG. Only 2 shots. Come on! I could of done more. In fact I have.
Rock's line: I'm not supposed to die.
Didn't really make the atmosphere feel like they were on another planet.

6 vs 5.
65% sounds reasonable.
Definitely better than most Videogame crossovers.
