That's the e-mail I got just a few minutes ago from Sony, after about six or so e-mails bouncing back and forth on the topic.  I feel like I've had the run around while attempting to get something thats rightfully mine.  Here's a brief part of my argument I told Sony:

> I have watched posts on the forums such as "I registered my PS3 in late June and received Casino Royale the other day" and "I was surprised to come home and find a second Casino Royale in the mail, now I have two!"

Still however, they have rejected my dispute in asking for a copy of the blu ray.  Where's the customer service?  I've had my console almost since launch and I've watched other people purchase their console, register, and then get the blu-ray sent to them... It just doesn't make any sense!

Anyway, just a heads up for people that thought Sony might have been trying to improve on their pathetic customer service since the PS2.

Here's a gif.

My address is fine, my console is activated, and as I said, "I've watched other people purchase their console, register, and then get the blu-ray sent to them..."

They're getting a phone call from me soon.  I posted this exact same thread on the PS3 forums and it got deleted with no message... >_>

You'd know by now that Sony suck. How could you not? Just be thankful that they didn't release hardware that breaks easily this time around.

Just got off the phone from Sony, from what I could gather (sorta a read between the lines type thing), the people responsible for shipping out the Casino Royale blu-rays either stole a whole heap of them or didn't label the addresses correctly.  This caused many people to receive two copies, or none at all (myself being in the latter).. They told me that the offer is finished and there's no way to get more stock to send out to the customers that missed out.  Awesome.

I asked for a copy of Motorstorm because the people that are going to buy the 80gb model are getting it for free and meanwhile I can't even get a promotional offer that was meant for me.. they said no. lol

I registered my PS3 around the 12th-14th of April, it was purchased from the MySony website on the 4th and dispatched on the 10th.  People registering as late as June have received their Casino Royale blu-ray.  GG Sony.

I'm tempted to try and refund it to buy the new pack with a 2nd controller + 2 games...  Doubt they'd let me do that either, though.
