That's the e-mail I got just a few minutes ago from Sony, after about six or so e-mails bouncing back and forth on the topic. I feel like I've had the run around while attempting to get something thats rightfully mine. Here's a brief part of my argument I told Sony:
> I have watched posts on the forums such as "
I registered my PS3 in late June and received Casino Royale the other day" and "
I was surprised to come home and find a second Casino Royale in the mail, now I have two!"
Still however, they have rejected my dispute in asking for a copy of the blu ray. Where's the customer service? I've had my console almost since launch and I've watched other people purchase their console, register, and then get the blu-ray sent to them... It just doesn't make any sense!
Anyway, just a heads up for people that thought Sony might have been trying to improve on their pathetic customer service since the PS2.
Here's a gif.
