Nothing could be a good choice. Only Japan is getting Layton, unfortunately. Honestly, it seems like the Ghost Recon games are the best choices if you're not after Street Fighter. |

Yeah definitely. That's pretty much why they include that special dock? Let's you basically leave it on the charger and play it at your desk, if you like. Most games that'd work fine.

That law is fair and needed. If you advertise something at a certain price and then try and charge something else it's false advertising. If you walked into a supermarket and it advertised bananas at $1/kilo and you got to the checkout and they say it's $12/kilo, you have a right to be upset and to take action under the Competition and Consumer Act.
Fishpond would be pissed, sure, but who made the mistake here? Fishpond. Suck it up.

I disagree. It's not fair to advertise something at one price and then refuse to honour your advertising. It doesn't matter if they made a mistake - under basic contract law they offered and you accepted, and refusing to honour the deal is a breach of contract. Maybe next time they won't make a mistake. And this is coming from someone who works in retail and customer service. As bloody annoying as it is to deal with, I wouldn't dream of changing it because it offers me the protection when I'm in their circumstances. |

Zen, I reckon it will be. Obviously the DS has a bigger collection of games, some of them great. That's really the only thing the 3DS lacks. Again, battery life isn't perfect. But features like street pass are really cool, and they'll get better as time goes on.
