Great review Nick. I agree with you about the treatment of some of the characters, they should have had more representation and closure. Still, it's a very enjoyable game on the whole, a definite step up from Mass Effect 2. Even despite the ending, which is now being modified anyway.

It was a good game. I enjoyed the ending, though a fair bit seemed kinda smudged. I didn't like what happened with the Illusive Man, because he was such a strong character in number 2. Certain characters returning was awesome (Thane, Grunt). Their individual stories were less compelling perhaps - I mean, the entire story of the second game was basically all around the characters. The character development almost felt rushed in this, but that's because they were so developed in number 2.
Some awesome battles and scenery in any case.

Ending is being elaborated but not changed. Still won't fix the problem of it being completely irrelevant to the story they were telling.
