Two Nintendo Classics Will Finally Stop Being Produced

Nintendo of Japan has announced they will will stop production of the Famicom Jr. (NES) and Super Famicom Jr. (SNES) in Japan in September 2003.
They will continue repairing machines until spare parts run out. Nintendo of Japan also announced that they will discontinue their The Software Rewriting Service in September. The Software Rewriting Service is a service that allows gamers to download games into a specially made cartridge and play them like a normal cart.
