Official FIA WRC Licence Belongs To Sony Until 2005, WRC Released In November - PS2

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) is pleased to announce the November release of WRC 3 - The Official Game of the FIA World Rally Championship on PlayStation®2. Developed by Evolution Studios, WRC 3 is the latest addition to the multi-million selling franchise and is the only officially licensed product of the FIA World Rally Championship for next generation consoles.

Benefiting from its unique partnership with International Sportsworld Communicators (ISC), the TV rights-holders of the Sport, and maintaining exclusivity of the official license for the FIA World Rally Championship until 2005, WRC 3 brings the thrills of the 2003 season to life on PlayStation 2. Featuring the official cars, drivers, rallies, updated liveries, sponsors, stages and countries of the 2003 rally season, including the all-new WRC event in Turkey, WRC 3 allows fans to experience the raw exhilaration of rallying long after the last car has passed the finishing line.
