Majesco Announce Drake For PC And Xbox
29th August 2003, 12:18pm
Double-fisted shooting, fire breathing and Kung-Fu fighting... oh my! Majesco, one of the fastest growing publishers of interactive entertainment software, today announced Drake, the newest addition to Majesco's burgeoning 2003 video game lineup. Drake is an intense third-person, action-shooter set in the comic book-styled, supernatural backdrop of Hong Kong. Scheduled for release in the fall, Drake will be available on the Xbox® video game system from Microsoft, and personal computer.
"Drake combines astonishing cartoon-like visuals with intense action and a deep storyline, creating and experience much like starring in an interactive animated series or comic book," said Ken Gold, Vice President of Marketing for Majesco. "In addition, the recent surge in popularity of anime in America allows Drake to expand across a variety of entertainment formats and appeal to a rapidly growing audience."
