WWII Online Game Features

WWII Online will be expanding game features and combat forces for future release.
Matrix Games (http://www.matrixgames.com) and TriSynergy (http://www.trisynergy.com) have signed a development agreement with Playnet and Cornered Rat Software. Playnet and Cornered Rat Software are the online operators and developers of the award-winning MMOG, "World War II Online".
David Heath, Director of Operations for Matrix Games, said "Playnet and Cornered Rat Software have succeeded in creating the first virtual multiplayer battlefield with thousands of people playing World War II Online every day. We believe this is an exciting opportunity to participate in the continuing development and enhancement of this massively multiplayer wargame."
Jim Mesteller, President of Playnet, said "Matrix is known for their expertise in wargames and for excellent support of their developers. We believe this is a perfect fit for World War II Online's future development, which will take the current game to new heights of realism and expand the scope of our massively multiplayer combat."
