GTA: Vice City lawsuit about face

The ongoing lawsuit against the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City publishers, Take Two Interactive has taken one step back, but another forward. The Miami group has instead dropped the federal case, and switched to a local Florida lawsuit - which has a greater chance of being succesful.

The lawsuit was in relation to the content of GTA:VC, in which one level was entitled "Kill the Haitians".
