XBOX Price Cuts - Xbox

Xbox Australia have announced price cuts after the xbox had a price cut in the US. The new price of the xbox console is now $249 down from $299. According to the figures supplied xbox have sold excess of 400,000 xbox consoles in Australia with 2.2 million game sales (~5.5 games/xbox). While this news is big, they have gone further and reduce the price of the recently released Halo Elite Force Pack to $299 reduced from $349. Games reaching the $49.95 mark are Xbox Music Mixer, Amped 2, Counterstike with Project Gotham Racing 2 coming down to $69.95.
