Metal Gear Solid 3: New Details - PS2
1st April 2004, 9:58am
New details have emerged about the game Metal Gear Solid 3. Konami have unveiled details of their new Camouflage Index disguise, the new Close Quarter Combat mechanism and it will also include motion-capture system. The Camouflage Index will be shown by a numerical percentage. It will indicate how visible Snake is to his enemies. Posture, costume and paint will have an effect how Snake will blend it. The CQC will see Snake using hand-to-hand combat to take out the enemy. This system will allow Snake to take on several people at a time. The CQC comes into play when the player has a gun or knife selected. The company has employed the use of motion capture to get the moves accurately as possible to the real thing.
Sounds good, although some of these features sound familar, in other stealth based games. If you are looking forward to this game tell us why in our forum
