22nd April 2004, 4:00pm
In the week ending 18 April 2004 xbox achieved 50% market share selling 15% more units than PS2 with Nintendo way down the track picking up only 7%. that it is the great array of exclusive games content available now and in the coming months which has also contributed to the recent surge in Xbox numbers, with titles such as V8 Supercars 2 debuting exclusively on Xbox only last week, and the much anticipated Halo 2 due for release this year.
