In Urbz players in the console versions will take their Urbz to work, be challenged by the boss in a range of workplaces including a Sushi Bar, Chop Shop or even a Bootleg Fireworks place. Success in your career will earn yourself promotions, gives them power socials that will influence other Urbz.
