When the game's new hero, Henry Townshend awakens from a nightmare, he finds that he cannot leave his apartment. The door to the outside is heavily chained and boarded shut. Sounds emanate from the bathroom, but when he goes to investigate he notices a strange tunnel that will inevitably lead him directly into the heart of darkness.
