24th July 2004, 2:06am
Techland the developer of Xpand Rally has announced that it will release a multiplayer demo of Xpand Rally on the Internet on August 12th. The demo will feature one car model and two tracks with a choice of two handling models simulation or arcade. Modes available will be normal rally and head to head as well as the Free Style mode on whole terrain with no restrictions.
There is also a possibility that the car systems will be possible to tune for the best set up for the track and for your own preference. Players can host either by LAN or over the net for your fix on multiplayer gaming.
The full version will offer players a career mode with over 70 races and more than 700 parts that can be tuned. Featuring a single player race mode where player is given 35 racing cars divided into 8 groups. Using photorealistic graphics with 5 varied landscapes and a fully interactive environment should all lead to a bunch of fun.
