Nintendo DS Sells Well - NDS

Nintendo has now claimed that the Nintendo DS has sold over 1 million units worldwide. Japan has sold through about 80% of the units shipped (around 470 000), and with all the preorders still waiting to be picked up, that figure will soon rise to 90%.

We can only hope that the Nintendo DS is so well received in Australia when it launches. Unfortunately, the exact date is yet to be revealed, but it's looking unlikely that it will happen this year. Current rumours are suggesting March, 2005.
