Ubisoft's 2005-2006 Product Catalog

Ubisoft has announced its 2005-2006 product catalog. In the first semester Ubisoft will launch 4 major titles including Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Lockdown however is not expected to ship until after March, as to boost 2006 results. Other titles in the first six months include Far Cry Instincts on consoles, Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith for portable consoles and 187 Ride or Die.

Third quarter will see King Kong, Brothers in Arms Road to Hill 30 along with Ghost Recon and Prince of Persia setting up the holiday season.

Fourth quarter will see more new adventures in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell along with three new brands. These brands include Killing Day(Working Title), a FPS designed for next-gen consoles. Ubisoft will enter the sporting foray with a basketball game, and reinforce its presences in the strategy segment with two games under the Might and Magic brand.

These are only a handful of games considering it is expected Ubisoft to launch 32 products during the year. This includes three for the Nintendo DS, five for the PSP and four titles for the next-gen console from Microsoft.

Ubisoft have a strong line up of games, which should do well for them. Again another hint that the next xbox will be out in the next year.
