GBA SP SP - GBA

It's happened. There are now four versions of the GBA hardware: classic, SP, Micro and SP SP. Yep, the SP has now received a facelift, with a new front-lit LCD screen, just like the Micro. It's remarkably better than the SP (which itself was a great improvement over the original).

We really haven't heard anything about this up until now, presumably because they didn't want to detract from the Micro's launch in Japan. The new boxes (and new colours in the US - Graphite and a light blue) do, however, tell you that it's improved. It hit US shelves during the week.
