USB Wi-Fi Connector Cost? - DS

In a European press release, the price of Nintendo's USB dongle that you can use to play online with your DS was listed at £30. A quick online conversion shows that it roughly equals AUD$70. Ouch - that's what Mario Kart DS itself will set you back.

Sure, you can complain, but then think about what you're getting - a wireless router. A Google search shows equivalent products being priced in the hundreds of dollars - so it's not that bad a price after all. And anyway, once you've got it, the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection service is free.

We'll have to wait and see how Nintendo Australia prices it, but don't be surprised to see a label of $69.95 on the box.
