Smaller Is Better - DS

In an interview on Spike TV's show "Game Heads", the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Nintendo of America, aka Reggie Fils-Aime made an interesting announcement.

After reiterating that Zelda: Twilight Princess will launch in fall (i.e. spring, i.e. November), and that everything Revolution will be revealed on May 9, 2006 for E3, he stated that the current DS will be phased out in America, with the DS Lite taking its place. In Japan, however, both models will be available.

It seems they're hoping that - in the US at least - smaller will be bigger.
