1 Million Wi-Fi Users - DS

Last week, Nintendowifi.com counted down to the millionth user to use the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. They should probably start counting down to two million, as today a Japanese player logged on to Animal Crossing: Wild World as player number 1,000,000. As of writing, 1,002,066 users have accessed the service, and 27,198,966 connections have been made since its launch last November.

This is amazing, considering that only three games have yet utilised the service (the fourth and fifth - Tetris DS and Metroid Prime Hunters - hit on March 20 in the US). Other third party developers are hard at working incorporating support for their products too.
