RUMOUR: Wii Specs...Again - Wii

Everyone's fascination for the specs of the Wii continues. This time, an EB Games retailer was apparently told be Nintendo what to expect. Most of the information, such as 512 MB of internal flash memory and resolution support of 480p, was already known. The key point is that the CPU, named Broadway and developed by IBM, runs at 729 MHz - exactly what IGN claimed two months ago. Woo. The original Xbox ran at 733 MHz.
