Ugh. Tingle Returns! - DS

According to a recent release, we should all get excited about 'Mogitate Tingle Bara Iro Rupee Land'. That's 'Fresh Tingle's Rose Coloured Rupee Land', for the Japanese-less. It's also well into development. Woot.

The game stars everyone's favourite (can you taste the sarcasm?) freaking annoying fairy man thing, Tingle, who was apparently rather normal looking when young. A man called Rupeeji ('Rupee Man') tells him that by colleting the currency and throwing them into a magical spring of wonderment, Tingle can travel to Rupee Land.

Through magic and the aforementioned travel to a rose-coloured mystery world, he becomes the hideous imp we all love to hate. The aim of the game is apparently to collect money, which opens gates and can be used to help out villager in the central town. Pingle, a female fairy-thing, is also present, but who knows (read: cares) what she's for. Thankfully, Phantom Hourglass is still on its way to the DS. Tingle RPG is the second game based off the first Gamecube Zelda title, Wind Waker.
