Calling all captains! - PC, Xbox 360

 Bethesda Softworks (creators of the excellent Guild Wars series) have today annouced that not one, not two, but all five captains would be reprising their role for the upcoming Star Trek: Legacy game. So that's William Shatner, Patrick Stewart, Avery Brooks, Kate Mulgrew and Scott Bakula, respectively.

The actors will all be playing their original characters, something I'm sure that Star Trek fans will be glad about. William Shatner had the following to say:

'I am delighted to have the chance to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Star Trek with my fellow captains by providing our voices to STAR TREK: Legacy. Bethesda Softworks has done an excellent job in creating an exciting game that stays true to Star Trek’s roots and accurately incorporates elements from each series.'

Sliced Comments: Although I'm not a Star Trek fan at all, it's nice to see Bethesda reaching out to the true fans of the series. Here's hoping the game stays true to the legacy set by the series.
