Electronic Arts Licenses Unreal 3 engine

Electronic has stated that they have licensed the powerful Unreal 3 gameplay engine, and they have several new titles in development using the system. The Unreal 3 engine is in the upcoming Gears of War on Xbox 360 (a Microsoft title), and has also been licensed by other developers and publishers including Atari, Real Time Worlds, Namco, Midway, Silicon Knights, VU Games, THQ, and Sony Online.
