Sony 'Overreached' on Blu-Ray - PS3

Sony head-honcho Phil Harrison has admitted that they 'overreached' with the decision to include Blu-Ray in the Playstation 3. This admission makes a welcome change from Sony's more blatant and arrogant PR of late.

Harrison did not let the Blu-Ray incident take him in its stride, adding that it's 'the price you pay for adopting brand new, leading-edge technologies that will be future proof. We will resolve those issues - we are already catching up.' Good to hear.

'There's no denying that we've had some very public challenges. Today, it looks like a very difficult situation - but in the weeks, months and years to come, this will pale into zero.'

Sliced Comments: After all the headlines Sony has made in the past few months, it's good to see they still have the balls to stand up and admit that they goofed up. Kudos to Harrison!
