World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade Release Date - PC

Blizzard Entertainment has announced that the long awaited expansion to possibly the world's most popular online game World of Warcraft will be released in Europe and Australia on January 16th, along with the US, and parts of Asia. They have also announced they have reached some 7.5 million players worldwide.

The expansion will allow players to advance to level 70, include two new playable races (the Blood Elves and the Draenei), flying mounts, extra weapons and equipment, new abilities, and enhancements to PVP battles.

As well as the regular edition, a 'special' collectors edition will also be released, containing a few extra goodies.
