Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 Announced - Xbox 360, PC, PS3

Think you've experienced all there is to offer the Ghost Recon franchise? How would you like to defend your own territory for a change? Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 offers you the chance to fight off a terrorist threat on your own turf, El Paso, Texas, and other areas of the United States of America.

GRAW 2 is due out in Q2 2007, and Ubisoft has ensured us that it will be a new and exciting adventure unlike any previous campaign you have accepted. With an improved Cross-Com, gamers can now select a squad member and view their current view, increasing their vision to a more clear size on the screen which will improve tactics on the battleground.

Gamers can also embrace a new enemy A.I. system that will order flanks and get other terrorists to take out key positions throughout the map waiting to ambush you or snipe you off from a rooftop.

Don't worry too much though, your guys get some new arsenal too. There is now a medic that you can include in your squad, and unmanned MULEs will be available to replenish your armor throughout the missions. Air strikes will also be available sometimes for those lethal attacks.

Expect more on GRAW 2 early next year.
