Konami Closes Star Program
Konami have decided they no longer wish to operate their RPG Stars award point program, and are therefore shutting it down.
Many fans have shown much disappointment in this decision, as all their points they have worked up are now worth nothing.
If you've got any points built up, it's too late to spend them too, as once Konami announced the closure, the store was wiped clean of all stock, unless you have millions of points to spend on consoles, or want to buy cheap gimmicks of some of the lesser RPG's produced by Konami.
It is still unknown why they are closing down a points system used by their most loyal fans, but whilst they wind things up they're having some competitions, so keep checking back in case you can win something!
Note: The Konami Stars program was only open to North American residents.
