First Mario Kart Wii Images - Wii

Everyone knew it would be announced, but it was still relief to hear it was for real: Mario Kart is coming to Wii. Details at the moment are scarce, but if they follow in the footsteps of the DS version, and flesh out the online functionality (battle mode...yay!), it's hard to see how it could go wrong.

We've got the logo, some art showing Mario and Luigi with their Wii steering wheels, and some of the first screens. Check the lot out below. From the names of the images when we uploaded them, we can predict with some certainty that two courses shown will be known as 'Wario's Mines' and the ever-reliable 'Mario Circuit'.
