No HDMI Xbox 360 For Australia In The Near Future - Xbox 360
10th August 2007, 9:52am

Microsoft has stated that Australia will not receive the HDMI port on the Premium Xbox 360 for a while to come. No doubt this is a move to run out the supplies of the superseded 360 in smaller markets, while the US starts receiving the new "HDMI enabled" 360's (apparently to be indicated by a sticker on the packaging).
Sliced Comments: Poor form indeed, apparently we don't need HDMI here, nor the improved reliability of the new consoles.
