Sony Promotes New Aussie PS3 Value Pack - PS3

Sony has started to promote a new "Value Pack" bundle for the Playstation 3, which is taking effect at the end of January here in Australia.
For $799AUD you receive 2 Sixaxis controllers, the 40gb Playstation 3, and 1 game (out of a selection of 4). This is $100 over the regular RRP of the console of $699AUD.
Games available to choose from are Heavenly Sword, Uncharted - Drake's Fortune, Ratchet & Clank - Tools of Destruction and NBA 08
While we're on the Playstion 3, rumours are also flying around the net that Sony will be phasing out the 80gb Playstation 3 overseas, and instead offering a larger 120gb or 160gb version.
Sliced Comments: So really the inclusion of a $100 game for an extra $100, and the "freebie" of an obsolete Sixaxis (with the Dual Shock 3 on the way). While bundles are great to get rid of old controllers and games, it's a lower price of entry that consumers really crave - cut the price already Sony!
