The Sims Sells 100 Million Copies

The Sims series has just gone on to sell it's 100 millionth copy, a new milestone in the world's most popular video gaming franchise. The first "The Sims" game went on sale in 2000, and since then the game has continued to sell in some 60 countries and has been translated into some 22 languages.
The Sims 3, the sequel to the other two games in the series will be released in 2009, featuring an all new gaming engine
