13th May 2008, 1:21pm

WiiWare, the funky distribution platform for indie developers that Microsoft and Sony totally don't already have launched in the US today. It went live with six games, with a new one to be released each week.
Here's the list of the games that launched, and their prices:
- Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King - 1500 Wii Points
- LostWinds - 1000 Wii Points
- Defend your Castle - 500 Wii Points
- Pop - 700 Wii Points
- V.I.P. Casino: Blackjack - 700 Wii Points
- TV Show King - 1000 Wii Points
Europe is slated to hook up with WiiWare (or Wii Software as it's boringly called there) on May 20th. Which means we'll get it when Nintendo finally decide to buy out Microsoft.
