Black Wii and Red DSi Hitting Japan

When the Wii was first revealed, a nice image of multiple systems in multiple funky colours was distributed with it. Sadly, it was not to be. At least, not yet. Nintendo Japan, however, has just revealed the first step - a stunning all-black model. The system will release on August 1st, and there'll be a bundle with Monster Hunter 3 and the Classic Controller Pro. It will sell like freakin' hotcakes.

They've also announced that a red DSi will come out on July 11th, but since we have different colours already, that's less exciting. Here are the pics.

While I prefer a black console to a cream/white one - I've always liked the unique color of the Wii.

Is white really unique? I understand that they have an image now but choice is always nice.
