Dead Island Riptide Announced

A sneaky reveal today from E3 is the announcement of Dead Island Riptide by developers Techland. Dead Island was the 2011 zombie survival hit that saw a fresh look at free-roam zombie action with stunning scenery and dozens of hours of gameplay.

Nothing is known yet about Dead Island Riptide, but we've been told that it is coming to PC and 'consoles', which one can only assume means we'll be seeing it on the Wii U. Will it follow on from the story of the first game? Or will there be more people that land on the island and need rescuing?

Whatever happens with the story, if you love zombie titles keep your eyes on future developments of Dead Island Riptide. Expect this one around August 2013.
