Datel Announces MAX Media Player For DS

The MAX Media Player includes a flash card launch and microphone/headset combo. All that needs to be done is to plug in the cartridge into the DS cart slot on your system and boot up the browser. MP3s, videos and pictures can then be accessed from the supplied 4GB hard drive, which plugs into the GBA slot. No external power sources are needed, and the data and files is transferable by USB from your PC. Movies are automatically converted and images are resized to fit the DS screen.

Datel aims to launch the product in Europe by the end of the month at a price of £129 pounds (roughly AUD$310).
