GT5 delayed... again x 50

PS3

13th January 2010, 7:43pm

While Sony has recently been able to tempt gamers with the playable demo/competition GT Academy, it seems Gran Turismo fans are in for an even longer wait, with GT5 being pushed back from the expected March release date to even later in the year.

The new date is "TBA" according to Sony. Which really means somewhere between now and the end of eternity.

I agree, I find it really dull. The whole process of having to get licenses etc etc etc, just so boring.

If I want realistic driving....I'll go for a drive in my car.

If I want a fun racing ame, I'll play NFS - I'm not sayin there is not anything to like about, just that's it's really not my cup of tea.

People love it because it's got lots of cars and tracks and for some reason they think it's realistic?

I don't know, I've never really understood it either.

I don't see why ppl love this franchise so much, personally I'd rather play NFS.

You know, if they just got over themselves and released it in 2008, they could have GT3D well in the works by now.
