Wario Land: Shake It! Details
Wii

I hope I'm not the only person who thinks this game is gorgeous. I mean, seriously, check out the trailer and screenshots below.
For the first time in years, Wario is returning to his platforming roots in Wario Land: Shake It! for Wii. With the Wii remote turned sideways, you'll run, jump and smash through hectic sidescrolling stages. With a gentle shake of the controller, you can free coins from treasure bags, attack enemies and even cause earthquakes. Stunned enemies can be picked up and thrown, with the angle adjusted by tilting the remote. Each stage is an obstacle course of puzzles, enemies and assorted hazards, with plenty of hidden treasures to uncover and steal. Plus, each stage has multiple missions to keep you replaying the game.
The story begins when Wario receives an antique globe and telescope that allow him to travel to the once-idyllic Shake Dimension, now conquered by the tyrannical pirate, the Shake
King. With the assistance of his longtime rival, Captain Syrup, he must rescue the Merfles, denizens of the Shake Dimension imprisoned by the Shake King. Only by defeating the bosses of all five continents of this strange world can Wario find and
confront the Shake King, rescue Queen Merelda, queen of the Merfles, and, most importantly, claim the Bottomless Coin Sack, a never-ending supply of gold.
In each stage, you'll work through dangers and traps to find an imprisoned Merfle, and then once you've freed the poor guy, the countdown begins and it's back to the starting line before time runs out. You'll be facing off against massive bosses on each continent, and will have to trade in your hard-earned cash to buy maps for the next world. Oh, and there are three different vehicles you'll be able to commandeer, with steering controlled by your tilts of the controller.
