Euro Rock Band Pricing: There to Stay - Xbox 360, PS3
12th April 2008, 10:40am

You have to feel sorry for those poor Euros at the moment. They've raised a huge stink over the massively different pricing schemes for Rock Band. While word of a boycott has definitely floated around, Harmonix have come out and said that the price isn't "magically going to get cheaper because you wish it to be so."
A couple more reasons behing the price difference have also arisen: "Seriously, I was shocked to learn how much it costs us to ship an RB peripherals box to Europe. It's way more than you'd expect."
Harmonix also cited VAT again, as well as the fact the European retailers are free to cut the price of games.
God knows what's going to happen when Rock Band finally gets here.
