Team Fortress 2 Releases Pyro Update - PC

Valve today has entered the second stage of their class pack releases. With the Medic class upgrade being a huge success, fans couldn't wait to get their hands on the new Pyro weapons and achievements in todays update.

New weapons include the Axtinguisher, the Backburner, and the Flare Gun. The pyro's Hadouken parody taunt now actually kills people if they are in range, and the basic flamethrower weapon now has an alternate fire that valve are calling Compression Blast.

The "Well" map has also received some balance changes, and the Soldier class has received a massive 40% reduction on fall damage caused by its own rocket jumps.

As usual, servers are packed with Pyros, so now is a better time than ever to get the Medic achievements for helping Pyros.

The update installs automatically when you next load up your Steam client.
