Reintroducing Lara Croft-Tomb Raider: Anniversary announced - PC, PS2, PSP
31st October 2006, 4:59pm
Eidos Interactive today announced that a brand new Tomb Raider title is in development. Entitled 'Tomb Raider: Anniversary', the game is apparently inspired by the original Tomb Raider title. However, Eidos have strictly stated that the game will not be a simple remake and will instead be an entirely new adventure. 'We’ve captured the essence of what made the original game so special and with today’s technology, created a game that pushes the boundaries of the current gaming consoles. Tomb Raider: Anniversary is a special celebration of Lara’s reign as videogaming’s leading lady' said an Eidos spokesperson.
Expect to see this title sometime in 2007 for your PC, PS2 and PSP (should you be rich enough to own all three of course).
